Laura was born in London, United Kingdom where at the age of 21 enlisted in the British Army whereupon she was quickly deployed globally serving in countries such as Germany, Dubai, Poland and Afghanistan. After her 8 year Army career, Laura moved to the United States where she brings with her years worth of training and knowledge developed through her years in the army. ​ As a keen runner, and fitness fanatic, she understands the importance of self care and what it takes both physically and mentally to keep the human body at its peak. 
Born and raised in Northeast Philadelphia, Elyse is a dedicated athlete who has embraced the competitive spirit from a young age. Her passion for playing ice hockey, in particular, has been a constant source of inspiration, discipline, and perseverance. Elyse’s commitment to sports extends beyond the rink. Being a competitive ice hockey player, she understands the importance of the recovery process and the impact it has on overall health, wellness, and athletic performance. This is how she is able to bring the ultimate wellness and recovery experience to Newtown, in order to help individuals restore and maintain a healthy quality of life.
